Orkney digestive biscuits made using local beremeal flour. These biscuits have the same sweetness as digestives, but carry a unique flavour from bere flour from the Orkney islands.

Bere is an ancient form of barley, only found in Orkney, and has been used in baking across the islands for over 300 years. A must try when sampling what our islands have to offer.
