This delicious locally sourced Orkney salmon is cured to our special recipe, cold smoked in our traditional kiln over oak chippings, then roasted in the oven to give a superb product with a beautiful depth of flavour and a lovely flaky texture.

Beautiful served both hot and cold, and works perfectly in a salad or as a showstopper for your center piece.

Choose between 700g, 900g, or 1200g sides.

Salmon travels well

Not sure how far this lovely fish swam before it met its maker but the trip from Orkney to the South of England passed off smoothly enough and it arrived well chilled and protected, and best of all it tasted absolutely delicious.
