Smoked in our very own kiln, over oak chippings, our traditionally cured Smoked Salmon from the Orkney Isles is the finest you will taste. We've teamed up with local gin producers, Orkney Distilling, to create this mouth-watering partnership of flavours with a refreshing twist of orange. If you love gin then this is for you!
